With our UT Knife cutting technology, less cutting pressure is required against the parts because the blade is moving via sound waves converted into micro oscillation of the knife. A generator creates an ultra-sonic frequency, which a converter transforms into a linear movement to ensure optimal cutting performance, accuracy and efficiency.

With our laser cutting technology we are able to cut through TPS containing dissimilar materials such as metals bonded to thermal resistant composite materials fast, cost-efficient and, most importantly with precision.

Our high speed routing 5-axis CNC routers are used for trimming composite aerospace parts, machining materials like sandwich panels, honeycomb panels, advanced composites and thermal sensitive materials. These routers ensure consistent quality with tight tolerances and complex geometry controls.
