Aluminum

Bonded composite assemblies
Used for many of the latest aircraft flight structures, wings, ailerons, vertical stabilizer and other Aircraft systems. Hera has dedicated epoxy and isolated silicone bonding rooms used in conjunction with our vertical integrated manufacturing facility to offer a turnkey service for the most difficult bonded assemblies. Our dedicated bonding rooms facilitate the seamless integration of composite components, guaranteeing reliability and performance in satellite structures.

Carbon Fiber Prepregs
Used for many of the latest aircraft flight structures, wings, flaps, ailerons, vertical stabilizer and other aircraft structures assemblies. Hera provides a turnkey 6500 sq ft Environmental CL 8 Clean Room with highly trained composite technicians and assemblers to manufacture the toughest of composite flight components. Our state-of-the-art clean room facilities and highly trained technicians ensure the precise manufacturing of carbon fiber parts, meeting the most stringent aerospace standards.

Composite honeycomb core
Used as a lightweight filler for many of the latest aircraft flight structures, wings, ailerons, vertical stabilizer and other Aircraft systems. Hera provides a turnkey service for honeycomb parts manufacturing. We supply machined core kitting, core splicing, core bonding along with complete manufactured Flight structures and components. From core kitting to complete structure assembly, we offer a turnkey solution for lightweight structural fillers.

Composites

Cork
An organic product line that is lightweight and acts as an ablative heat shield.
