Hera Technologies, LLC. is an AS9100 & ISO9001 certified, and ITAR registered manufacturing company focused on precision manufacturing and specializing in advanced Thermal Protection Systems (TPS), including custom multi-layer insulation blankets for aerospace and space-rated applications. These solutions are engineered using high-performance materials to meet strict thermal and dimensional requirements.
In addition to TPS, Hera offers CNC machining, composite fabrication, and bonding services. Their capabilities include 3- and 5-axis routing, laser cutting, autoclave curing, and clean room painting—delivering high-quality, mission-critical components for aircraft, spacecraft, and launch vehicles.
