Our expertise includes the fabrication of multi-layer insulation blankets using a variety of high-performance materials such as aluminized films, technical fabrics, and specialty composites. These blankets are custom-designed to meet specific thermal and dimensional requirements, with flexible stack-up configurations and precision stitching.

We offer a range of attachment methods including hook-and-loop fasteners, tapes, threads, and RTV compounds, ensuring secure and adaptable integration.

Each product is tailored to fit unique geometries and performance needs, with tight control over dimensional tolerances to ensure consistency and reliability.

Single-Layer Insulation

Custom-configured materials
We fabricate single-layer insulation blankets using high-performance materials—including aluminized films, technical fabrics like Kevlar, Reemay, and Kapton—to meet precise thermal and mechanical needs. These blankets are built with careful control of material thickness (ranging from 0.3 mils to 2 mils), and are tailored to seamless fit across complex geometries.
Precision stitching and assembly
Our advanced cut & sew processes deliver up to 8 stitches per inch, ensuring durable and reliable performance even under extreme temperature fluctuations.
Versatile attachment systems
Incorporation of hook-and-loop fasteners, specialized tapes, threads, and RTV adhesives ensures flexible integration across host structures and interfaces.

Multilayer Insulation

Layered thermal control
Our MLI blankets consist of 2 to 30+ layers, strategically stacked to optimize radiant heat reflection and thermal retention, crucial in vacuum environments and spacecraft missions.
Material flexibility
We assemble MLI using combinations of aluminized Kapton and other technical fabrics, configured to your mission’s thermal profile and environmental demands.
Precision engineering
Tight dimensional tolerances (±0.020") and customizable stack-up designs mean each layer alignment and blanket form factor is repeatable and mission-ready.
